Lunch: Smoked Salmon Salad

Here is a link to a useful list of nutritious and healthy high fat foods.  Its great to try incorporate these foods into your diet.

Remember unhealthy fats include

  • All seed oils (safflower, sunflower, canola, grapeseed, cottonseed, corn)
  • Commercial sauces, marinades and salad dressings
  • Hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils including margarine, vegetable oils, vegetable fats

Todays lunch is smoked salmon salad. Lots of healthy fats from the salmon, avocado and extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients:

  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1/2 a pepper chopped
  • A stick of celery
  • A few cherry tomatoes
  • A handful of spinach
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • A few tablespoons of EVO

Method:

  • Assemble all the salad ingredients and dress with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oilsalmon salad
