Lunch: Liver with Mushrooms and Onions

Though I never really liked the taste if it, since following an LCHF lifestyle, my tastebuds have adapted.

Ingredients:

  • 100g of grass fed lambs liver chopped into cubes
  • a handful of mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 an onion chopped

Method:

Fry the mushrooms and onions together in big lump of butter or coconut oil for about 10 minutes over a medium heat.

Then add the liver and fry for about another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
