Smoked Mackerel Salad

Lots of media attention yesterday  when the National Obesity Forum and the Public Health Collaboration in the UK issued a report demanding a “major overhaul” of dietary guidelines – in particular, claiming that the focus on low-fat diets, which has dominated dietary thinking for the last 40 years, has been a mistake. Michael Mosley is the latest person to back their recommendations.
