I am delighted to see that The UK version of the Real Meal Revolution LCHF cook book for children is released today. I am looking forward to ordering my copy!
In the mean time, I have to say that I am really loving the newly released Irish cook book The Ketogenic Kitchen by Patricia Daly and Domini Kemp.
If you like lamb, which is a great fatty meat, these patties from their book have a lovely mix of the spices garam masala and mustard seeds that bring out the flavour. Here I served them with Greek Yoghurt mixed with a handful of chopped mint and my own recipe for ratatouille with melted mozarella.
