Lidl and Aldi are great for buying Parma and Serrano ham. What I like about the cured hams is that they often are just pork leg and salt. They usually have no additional chemicals that are so common in cooked ham. Read the packet before you buy!

Here its served as a lunch with Kalamata olives and hard cheeses Gouda and Compte.

Don’t forget to dress with a good splash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to keep those healthy fats high!
