Tinned fish is so handy for lunch (or even breakfast if you like fish!), especially oily fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel.

Just make sure to buy a type that isn’t packed in seed oils such as sunflower oil. Some are packed in tomato paste, again read the label to make sure there’s no added sugar.

In this photo, the tinned fish is topped with sliced cheddar and grilled for 8-10 minutes. Just as good as pizza!
