Dinner: Hake wrapped in Parma Ham

White fish can be somewhat bland, here I coated hake in black olive paste and wrapped it in parma ham. It is baked in the oven for 12 minutes at 200 deg C. Drizzle it and your veg in plenty of healthy extra virgin olive oil. Lots of flavour now!
