Lunch: Liver – a Superfood

Liver is a food that I would not have touched with a barge pole before switching to an LCHF lifestyle. But my taste buds have changed and now I don’t mind eating liver every now and again. Worth doing as it’s one of the most nutritious foods that exists, it being exceptionally high in vitamins.

Cook it with a little bacon and mushrooms and onions in a good knob of butter.
