Lunch: Fried Chicken (but not the KFC type!)


Who needs low quality fast food when you can whip this up in 5 minutes!

I had some left over roast chicken from dinner and fried it in some chicken fat (it’s the good fat!) preserved from the roasting dish. Add a handful of olives and some cheddar cheese and fry till its all hot and crispy.
