The good news is that chocolate is still on the menu as part of a low carb lifestyle. In fact good quality dark chocolate is actually good for you (and a great source of magnesium)
The taste buds drift away from the exceptionally sweet milk chocolate to high cocoa dark chocolate (85% or higher). My own favourite is 85% Green and Blacks which has a subtle hint of vanilla to mask the bitterness. The key here is to read the ingredients label carefully and look at overall sugar and carb content.
This dessert is natural unsweetened full fat Greek Yoghurt mixed with a heaped tsp of 100% cocoa powder, and topped with Chia seeds and Cocoa nibs. Delicious and a little goes a long way. This would also make a tasty breakfast.
