Low Carb Cold Lunch Plate

Olives are a staple food in the Meditteranean, being low in carbs and high in healthy fats. They are a perfect LCHF food and are reported to have many health benefits.


They are very easy to incorporate into meals, and make a great addition to a healthy, real food-based diet.

If you are struggling to think of what to bring with you to work for lunch or if you are out and about, here is a suggestion for food that’s easy to prepare and pack.  It’s not too awkward to eat in an office environment either and so much better for you than a grain based sandwich.

You can always add some salad and home made salad dressing to bulk it out if you wish. You could have some seedy crackers too or keto bread if you want to really fill yourself.
