It is really good to include oily fish in your diet to increase Omega 3 fats. Salmon is a good source of Omega 3 fat and is very quick to cook, so ideal for a mid week dinner.
This dinner is very quick to make. Pan fry some fresh salmon skin side down for about 10 minutes or until just cooked though. It goes really well with a cream cheese dressing and some steamed or roasted greens.
You can mix up with cream cheese dressing while waiting for the salmon to cook. And don’t forget to eat the crispy delicious skin for all the healthy fats!
